About Woningsearch
Woningsearch is an independent platform that makes address and property information accessible to everyone. We combine open data from BAG, PDOK, CBS, Kadaster, and other sources into a complete address dossier for every home in the Netherlands.
Our mission
We believe that information about homes and addresses should be publicly available and free. Whether you're a buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, or just curious — Woningsearch gives you instant insight into construction year, area, WOZ value, neighborhood statistics, energy labels, and more.
Our data sources
We use only open and free data sources:
- BAG (Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen) — via PDOK: all addresses in the Netherlands
- CBS Wijken en Buurten — neighborhood statistics, demographics, and livability
- Kadaster — sale prices, parcel data, and WOZ values
- RVO — energy labels for homes
- PDOK Locatieserver — geographic search functionality
